My name is Sarah and I am a Spiritual teacher who awakens, activates, and illuminates your heart and soul! I have over a decade of experience working with Anxiety, Depression, and Trauma as a Therapist and other roles in Mental Health, as well as I have been pursuing my own spiritual path for almost 20 years, It brings me great joy to help people live as their most authentic and empowered self. I help women release their painful patterns, and the shackles that keep them stuck and living small, by transmuting challenges into personal power, and reclaiming their whole selves! I care deeply that women get to live a more fulfilling life and value themselves more, so they can thrive and live a life they have been dreaming about.
