Hello, Dear Soul! I am so glad you are here!

Sarah is a highly-gifted, transformational intuitive, Spiritual Guide, Soul Activator, and Teacher, trained in numerous modalities to help you find Inner and Outer Harmony. Sarah is a Shamanic healer, plant medicine woman, Ordained minister, and an Art Therapist. She was previously a Licensed Professional Counselor, specializing in complex and developmental trauma. With her brilliant heart and mind, she intuitively utilizes holistic methods working with the Body, Mind, Heart, and Soul for a whole and integrated approach to healing. She is here to be your guide on the journey to remembering who you truly are and being able to embody the most empowered version of you.

Sarah grew up in Florida, about 20 minutes away from the ocean. Being near water, in nature, and close to the beach were important aspects of her childhood that brought healing and peace to her life. Water helps to cleanse and purify us. She incorporates the medicine of Earth elements into her practice, so you can experience the depth of their healing power as well. Much of your work together will involve various elements and aspects of nature and the power of your own body.

She is a graduate of Albertus Magnus’ Master of Arts Art Therapy Program, in 2015, and received a Bachelors of Arts, in 2010, from the University of Florida. She has completed Post-Graduate training in Internal Family Systems (IFS), Eye Movement Desensitization Reprocessing (EMDR), Accelerated Experiential Dynamic Psychotherapy (AEDP), and Sacred Plant Medicine Journey Facilitation. She has a very well-rounded breadth of experience working with and holding Sacred Space for a variety of populations, and ranges of ages from 7 to 70s.

Sarah, herself, struggled with chronic anxiety, depression, and immense complex trauma in her life, including the death of her mom when she was 18 years old. She knows firsthand the devastation and challenges these struggles can create. She also knows personally the benefit of inner work, self-care, and doing the healing work necessary to return to wholeness. She went through her own Dark Night of the Soul back in 2008, having a Spiritual Awakening, that had been growing for years. She has healed generations of family wounds and liberated herself from ancestral and personal karma and helps you do the same. She has struggled a lot in her life, which is why she is so passionate about helping people thrive and live their best lives ever! She is still growing and doing her own witnessing along the way, as we never stop evolving on the Soul journey.

No one was created to suffer and She is very dedicated to easing the suffering of the planet. With her Clients, she explores emotions, values, strengths, heart, mind, body, and Soul from a place of non-judgement. She wants to help you feel more comfortable and confident in yourself — to help you believe in, and see the best in yourself. Her dream is a world that lives in harmony together, with communities that support and nourish each other. She dreams of an inclusive world that honors our differences and each persons unique medicine and natural skills.

Sarah’s approach is empathic and curious, to help you begin to see yourself through that lens as well. She believes strongly in every person’s ability to heal and make peace with their past. It is something we must want for ourselves though, and not something we can ever force ourselves to be ready for. She has so much respect and gratitude for the courageous souls who do the work of healing themselves. This adds to the collective healing of our world and is an incredible gift you create for future generations. She seeks to release you from any shame around being your true, authentic self, and living to the full expression of your heart and Soul!

She has been involved in the Mental Health field for over a decade now. While she loved doing Therapy, She has also seen how the Mental Health field as a whole is failing our society. So many people suffer as a result of this failure, which is why she prefers to operate outside of the Therapy and Insurance world, leaving behind an outdated model that denies and limits healing. She opened her own Private Practice in March of 2020 to fulfill her dream of helping women and people with a sensitive nature thrive in a world that is often uncaring, overwhelming, and misunderstands them.

Her expertise include Somatic and holistic healing methods for childhood and developmental Trauma and PTSD recovery; coaching for Inner child empowerment, Visionary Highly Sensitive women, Empathic women, and Wounded Healers who want to be Empowered Priestesses; Art Therapy; Intuitive Holistic and Spiritual Coaching; and Psychedelic and Plant Medicine Integration to support your unique healing process and goals.

She is trained in an eclectic variety of modalities, including Shamanism, Energy Healing, Plant Medicines, CBT, EMDR, AEDP, IFS, and Art Therapy. Sarah incorporates creative expression in your sessions in many ways. Creating art can be a non-threatening way for you to start exploring deeper personal and spiritual feelings, and experiences. She has worked in Private practice, with children, their families, in groups, and adults with various mental health struggles, including anxiety, depression, bipolar disorder, eating disorders, acute and complex trauma. She has worked in Inpatient, Residential, Partial Hospitalization, and Outpatient programs; School settings, including adults with cognitive disabilities, with the homeless population, as well as women who were previously incarcerated due to their mental health issues.

She has had numerous positions in the mental health field, including Sacred Space Holder, Therapist, Group Leader, Case Management, Patient Care Assistant, and Administrative positions. As such, She understands how frustrating and confusing it can be to navigate mental health care at every level and find quality support. This is why She prioritizes efficiency in her practice and never wants to waste your time or energy. Your journey is important to her and she hopes you always feel seen and heard.

When I’m not working to empower my clients or building my dream business to help the world, I enjoy being in nature: Hiking, Camping, Swimming, and Meditating. I love painting, singing, dancing, bonfires, spiritual practices, gardening, embroidery, cooking, being near water, enjoying quality time with friends and family, road trips and traveling. I am happiest sharing a delicious meal, and deeps conversations, with people I love.

Now that you know more about me and my background, I look forward to learning more about you!
